Sterling Overlay On Glass (9131)

It looks like malacite between the filigree, but its probably glass. It has 2 hand engraved birds, the workmanship is terrific and very beautiful. These were typically American that used this technic. Impossible to reproduce, in my opinion. Circa 1890 art noveau. My highest recommendation.
