A Favorate Folkart (9015)

This isn't an expensive cane, but it's a favorate, because nothing is left to mystery with this one. It is signed O.J. Fuce, a local Lansing Michigan family, who I purchased it from over 30 years ago so I don't wonder who owned it. It's dated 1851, so I don't wonder when it was made. It's made from hickory with a burled ball handle, so I don't wonder what it is made from. The ball showed the skill of the craftsman, so I don't have to wonder how well it was made.
