Take a moment and think about the purpose of this one. I only knew because I worked in a Grocery store as a kid. Unannounced the weights and measures man for the state would come in and plop his one pound weight on the meat and produce scale to make sure nobody had fixed it to be weighing heavy. This one has a solid shaft, as opposed to a telescoping shaft. The umbrella has a wood handle and a chain for the wrist attached at the top.
