3 Umbrella Sword Canes (8663)

These three canes are so much alike I don’t think they warrant a separate description. The collar that holds the umbrella up is horn on one and metal on the other. The metal one is marked brevette, Le Sphinx as the maker, and S.D.G.D. for not guaranteed by the government. The other isn’t signed at all, but has a lot of similarities. I like the blued blade on one, markings as to who made the umbrella on the other, and the signed Toledo blade on the last one, so I sit with three. I don’t know where the one with the Toledo blade was made, as the collar is different, one would think it was made in Spain, but every country used Toledo blades. All are Circa 1870 to 1880. These are far rarer than sword canes and bring less money, doesn’t seem right to me.
