Folkart Zoo (8255)

Here’s another subject I don’t know much about, folk art canes. This has always been my favorite, because it reminds me of my African picture safari. I like the creative way the animals were carved on the branch knots. I once ask George Meyer the author of folk art canes. If he knew who carved this one, and he didn’t. I know the signed or traceable one's hold their value the best. I hope you folk art collectors archive your canes here so future generations are more easily able to trace their canes.
