This ivory rabbit isn’t huge, but it is well carved with glass eyes and the only umbrella I have seen with an entire snake wood shaft. I have seen hundreds of hard stone handles with snake wood finishing off the rest of the handle for a foot or so. After that a collar and a metal shaft to the ferrule.
