 Austrian Folkart (9012)
I put this in anti-semitic handcarved staghorn under the book canes of faith along with several other large nosed cane handles. It also deserves to be here because these are also called Austrian Folk Art Canes. I began to wonder if they weren't black forest German because of their subject matter, jewish character canes. They almost always have large noses. I always liked these canes because of their creative faces, with great quality carvings. More information on these is going to take information from European historians and collectors.
