 Sterling Swiss Demi Hunter Keywind (8798)
A hunting case watch means it has a cover over the dial, a demi hunter means it has a partial cover over the dial, a little hole in the center to see the hands. It protects the crystal without having to open the cover to see the time.
The blue enamel on the cover of this one is expecially good looking. As this is the only one I have ever seen, I assume someone had it custom made, as I don't think it was a production piece. Circa 1870 to 1880.
