Children’s umbrellas are the same size as carriage parasols which were for adults, not children. Carriage parasols have a handle that folds. As a general rule children’s umbrellas are the same quality as adult umbrellas before 1900, and lower quality after.Thats an approximate date, I guessed at. These two umbrellas were made just after 1900 have cloth that are in great condition, but have nothing handles
