 French Flashlight (8410)
There seems to be several styles of handles from this maker, with cattails seemingly a favorate. They are not a common variety, as I have not seen any exactly like this one. Another book says they are French 1899. I thing its the most elegant of all the flashlights. Silver plate signed, Neusuper. That may not be correct as the third and fifth letters are not clearly stamped.
