3 Sets Of Sterling Knifes And Forks (8397)

All hand made this has to be one of the odder canes. Are these shrimp knifes and forks? I know I'll find out what they were used for, the silver people will know. The fit is perfect, the signiture is there, but why three sets ? Handle is 1.5"D and 6" H, and I would guess before 1890. No one would reproduce this cane, it's dumb. $25 for what they were used for.
