Copy Of Spanish Verig? (8299)

Handle 6" h, by 3.25 D looks like a Spanish Verig
It's probably an antique souveneer of some sort. Very well made with all hand chased silver on copper for the handle, bands,bells and clevis
The handwroght ferrule is 5". 4' long. Another massive mystery. Definitely old.
