 Dog With Glove Holder, Wood Shaft (8138)
It seems that most of these handles end up on canes, because I believe umbrellas have been misunderstood. This one illustrates how it originally was made. I like the telescoping wood shaft on this one, because it illustrates they are on quality handles and are quality made.
